M. Jaclyn Thompson

Associate

Jackie Thompson has a uniquely broad range of experience in civil litigation.  Prior to joining our firm, Jackie worked at the Denver office of an international law firm counseling corporate clients in complex civil and commercial litigation matters, which included defending a multinational chemical manufacturing corporation, a top national insurance company, and a national theme park.  She was an integral part of a multi-district litigation defense team that secured several defense jury verdicts for one of the world’s largest orthopedic medical device manufacturers, which ultimately led to a global settlement resolving a majority of the plaintiffs’ claims.

Having worked for a prominent plaintiffs’ personal injury firm, Jackie has seen “both sides” of a case and uses that knowledge to aggressively defend her clients and achieve the best possible result for them.

When Jackie is not practicing law, she can be found doing yoga, playing tennis, honing her green thumb, or walking her Yorkshire Terrier.
